Since 1941, the American Military Complex has slowly consumed Southeastern North Carolina’s waterfront, displacing families and destroying natural resources. Billy Ray Sanderford, a local small-scale commercial fisherman exposes the ongoing contamination of New River, and explains how the area’s main industry has been misrepresented and targeted for extinction, leaving the river dying, and fishing families with no way to survive.

Project Bigger Fish is a feature length documentary film that is currently in development.
